Through the use of our SAP ERP system and Pipelined Business Processes CyberDyne has established extremely tight inventory controls resulting in highly efficient inventory management. With over 8,000 square meters of storage capacity, CyberDyne maintains an impressive stock holding used to service its network of resellers, E-Tailers and retail outlets. Being able to manage inventory physically in stock is however only half the challenge facing a distributor. Key to the overall success of any distribution business is how it manages 'stock outs' and how rapidly it is able to procure replacement inventory. This is where CyberDyne excels and offers arguably one of the most rapid stock replacement cycles in the industry. Through weekly consignments shipped to CyberDyne from its overseas suppliers, 'stock outs' are kept to a minimum - thus ensuring even if inventory is not currently in stock, replacement product is a few days away.
